After high school graduation in my home town Stockholm, I participated in interpreter training in Russian at the Swedish national defense. Following that I studied to become a Master of Science in Engineering Physics at the Royal Institute of Technology. I continued to study to graduate as Master of Business Administration at the Stockholm School of Economics in parallel with continued research work at the Swedish Defense Research Agency and teaching at the Royal Institute of Technology.

I then left Stockholm in order to become Assistant to the CEO in a company within the MoDo Group in Örnsköldsvik. I worked for eight years in different positions within the Group, in the end as deputy CEO and responsible for foreign operations. The next step in my career involved a move back south to Stockholm to become deputy CEO and Head of engineering at the medical technology company Stille-Werner. In the eight years that I spent with the company I had the responsibility for the Swedish sales organization and was also CEO during the last year. At that point I felt that it was time for new challenges.

A childhood friend who had made a recruitment advertisement for Scandinavian Leadership gave me a tip to get in touch with Hans Åkerblom about a job. For the last eighteen exciting years since that time I have worked with Lots^® and in my role I have supported leaders in carrying out change processes in large and medium-sized companies using Lots^® as a foundation for that work. Over and above working with many clients in Scandinavia, I have worked on international assignments in countries like Japan, Israel, England, Germany, Bangladesh, Latvia, Russia, Ukraine, Montenegro and USA.

For several years in the 1990's, I also held the position of CEO of Scandinavian Leadership. Since 2000 I am a member of the Board of Directors at RaySearch Laboratories, a company of which I am also a founder. RaySearch is a medical technology company that provides innovative software for radiation treatment of cancer.
