Welcome to my world, and my vision of ‘inspired, self-initiated learners, who wish to explore business and life’s opportunities’. Lots^® and Mindo^® are examples of tools with which I work, to move towards this vision.

Commencing my career as a primary school teacher in my native Australia, and then progressing into the vocational education environment, I was soon hungry to transfer my skillset to ‘education in business and industry’ initiatives. Successfully holding Australia-wide Learning and Development roles in Industry, it became evident that cross-cultural challenges would further my scope and ability to influence, which led to facilitating corporate development initiatives to international companies across Asia, Middle East, Europe and Africa for many years. Self-development facilitated a personal evolution from teaching to training to coaching to senior level facilitation, to content design and to eLearning production roles, all in business environments, reflecting opportunity for real change.

My portfolio and approach was influenced greatly through personal experience with Lots^® and Mindo^®, and application of major learning initiatives which placed the participant at the centre of his or her own experience. Greater empowerment, greater opportunity for reflection and personal insights allowed the participant to find his or her own way to a life of learning and progress, in an approach, pace or place which suited the individual situation. The world around continued to change, and continued to pose interesting questions. Life and business-promoting changes, resulting from personalised and targeted reflection and learning, was demonstrating time and time again greater sustainability of the learning itself! Applying this with business activity, and business teams, and facilitating real difference, brings such rewards for all involved!

Now based in Dubai, I facilitate the development processes of Lots^® for customer and stakeholder-driven businesses, and Mindo^® for leadership and team development, with Arabian Gulf partners, and partners within other international arenas.
