I have a background in behavioural science studies and a career that has taken me down a different path compared to my fellow students. I began to work for Pharmacia, the Sweden-based international pharmaceutical company. It was here that I met Lots^® for the first time because Lots^® was the group's business planning tool.

During my years with Pharmacia I had the privilege to participate in the launch of Healon^® and the establishment of Pharmacia Ophthalmics in the role of Nordic marketing manager.

I left Pharmacia to work as CEO for the Nordic operations of an American pharmaceutical company. After four years I was drawn back to work with Lots^®, this time as certified in Lots^® for the company Scandinavian Leadership. In this role, I have had the possibility to lead stimulating change processes together with many leaders and co-workers in many countries.

I am now one of the partners of Scandinavian Leadership. Together with Hans Åkerblom and my other partners we are launching the 17th version of Lots^®. I am more stimulated than ever to share my experiences and my knowledge as certified in Lots^®. I see my role as contributing to your and your co-workers experience increased meaning, joy and financial success in what you do and in your life as a whole.
