When I in the spring of 2003 was presented the idea of being involved with Lots^® again and become a member of the International Network. Based on my good experiences over the years from working with the tool and its associated values I could not resist the opportunity to be a part of the next step in the Lots^® development. With the new version of Lots^® I believe that we can contribute substantially to our customers' development.

Below there is a summary of my career.

I was born in Alfta, Hälsingland and lived there for my first 20 years. After my studies at senior high school in Bollnäs I took a Master of Science degree in physical engineering at Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

My first job after graduation was to use my knowledge in solid state physics by developing new electronically devices at ASEA Hafo in Stockholm. After 3 years of work we had a new family of surge protectors. After that I left the silicon wafers for silicon dioxide materials and entered into the world of fiber optics. My new career started at Ericsson where I got involved in all aspects of the fiber optic area, first as technician - later on as manager in different positions. It was exciting to be part of this period when critical steps was taken in development of the new telecom arena. I left Ericsson after 12 years and my last position was as manager for the division Network Products at Ericsson Network Technologies.

The following 7 years was dominated by consultative work. First 2 years as senior management consultant at Lagerkvist & Partners in Stockholm, then 2 years at LOTS AB in Uppsala and finally 3 years as certified to work internally with Lots^® at Ericsson Radio Systems in Kista. My interest and my abilities to support others to reflect and make decision were very much stimulated during these years.

During the last 3 years I have relapsed into a role as manager. I have been responsible for a business segment Fiber Access within Ericsson Network Technologies and since last fall I am manager for a new company AccessGate AB working with broadband networks.

My family status is that I am married and we have four children. We are all living in the Stockholm area.
