Astra Tech Inc. is growing at a rapid pace in its North American market. The business consists of two divisions in Dental Implants and Urology.

Scott Root the CEO of Astra Tech Inc. is utilizing both Lots^® for business development and Mindo^® for leader and team development. He says “With two businesses in different markets I need a way to understand the businesses and have our people be focused on the customer. With both divisions growing the expanded management team in each division meets twice per year to keep up with the changes which are occurring. Scott says: “Without the continuous follow up to our plans they will become stale and opportunities will be lost. The investment in time to discuss and reflect on our business gives us a good return.”
