Henrik Ringmar is the CEO of Tele2 in the Netherlands. He started working as a trainee directly under the founder Jan Stenbeck, and has been with the Tele2 for 12 years.

In the Netherlands Tele2 is the second largest telecom operator with 700 employees. The main focus is on Internet broadband and telephony services to the consumer and business market. Tele2 also carries services such as mobile service, television and tailor-made network solutions for the Dutch market.

For two days the Tele2 Netherlands management group held a planning session with the help of Lots^® in the beautiful place of Noordwijk, on the Dutch Atlantic coast.

What is your current situation?
“During the last two years we have, in a very good way, increased our profitability. It is connected with the work on integrating Versatel, now Tele2 Zakelijk, which has been very successful.

What are your views working with Lots^®?
“The entire process is simple and yet substantial. It has helped us in our discussions with our management board. Lots^® really helps us put the right priorities. And as Tele2 Group is using Lots^® in their planning, thetwo day planning session really helped us in the Netherlands with our plan. “

In what way will you continue to work with the plan?
“We are going to actively continue to work with this on a monthly basis. There are some really good questions we need to continuously answer and work with.”

“I must say that I am really impressed that the facilitator was able to run the process without knowing the technical details or being deeply involved in our business.”
