Separet is a company focused on the manufacturing of environment friendly toilets. The family owned company was founded in 1976 and is today one of northern Europe’s leading manufacturer within its field. With a small and effective organisation they are extremely efficient. Twelve employees handle manufacturing, design, production, purchasing, customer service and sales, all in-house. The company’s turnover is today 27 millions of Swedish kronor.

Separett hired Scandinavian Leadership for a three-day exercise. “We needed to become more of a team and get a better grip. During these three days we chose to develop a plan for the export markets.” says Mikael Billsund on the phone from China, on a purchasing trip. “After our three-day exercise with Scandinavian Leadership we have used Lots^® on several occasions, i.e. when we were about to invest in a new computer system.”

He continues: “To us and our company Lots^® is a way of thinking which allows us to consider hard and difficult questions that people usually don’t ask themselves. I and Carlos Pettersson, our export salesman will continue to improve our skills so that we by the end of January will be certified in Lots^®.”
