The new Managing Director of COLUMBIA Hotels & Resorts, Alexander Huschka, has decided to implement Lots^® within the company for two reasons. First he would like to see, that people find a balance way in their daily life and second, he believes that being successful at work, a structured thinking and doing is a must. In 1994 when Mr Huschka was working with Radisson SAS in Berlin, he first experienced Lots^® and was impressed about the many-sided way how Lots^® can be used. Additional Lots^® will also be uses as support tool during the business planning process.
