The Rezidor Hotel Group Drives their Vision and Values throughout the organization.

The Rezidor Hotel Group is one of the world’s fastest growing hotel chains. This 350 hotel chain will top 700 hotels by 2015. With this rapid growth The Rezidor Hotel Group needs to ensure that its business planning is consistent and done with a common language throughout the organization. To ensure this Rezidor has used Lots^® as their business planning tool throughout the company for the past 17 years. In March, Gunnar Johansson continued the process by certify eight additional leaders to lead planning sessions with Lots^®. By certifying additional persons in Lots^®, Rezidor will continue to keep their Vision and Values at the forefront of their business development and keep their common language alive. The participants represent countries such as The Netherlands, Belgium, Ukraine, Russia, and England.
